ACD Screws are indicated for the fixation of the ARTIFICIAL LIGAMENTS LIGASTIC for the treatment of acromio-clavicular dislocation. Their conical shape and their external thread allow a good screwing in the clavicular bone. This rigid fixation avoids the risk of slipping of the prosthetic ligament.

The LIGASTIC® ligaments intended to replace or reinforce an existing ligament. They must function for at least 6 months in reinforcement cases and permanently for replacement cases. They are made of Polyethylene Terephthalate (PET), knitted in nondeforming and non-warpable chains. The fibres are orientated longitudinally in the axis of the ligament and are straight and parallel at maximum extension. The warp knitting makes it possible to avoid the deformation of the weft fibers but provides very good flexibility. Porosity of 400μm facilitating colonisation allows the reinforcement or the remplacement.

IKARIOS® is a non-absorbable suture intended for soft tissue, tendon and ligament reinsertion/repair. IKARIOS is made from Ultra High Molecular Weight Polyethylene (UHMWPE) and is crimped with stainless steel needles, which are available in various sizes.
