Orthomed complies with the legal obligations incumbent upon it, in particular those resulting from the Transparency System following articles L1453-1 and L4113-6 of the Public Health Code (CSP), law n ° 2011-2012 of December 29 2011 and Decree No. 2013-414 of 21 May 2013 (hereinafter the “Law”). In consequence, Orthomed has to make public information on non-commercial agreements as well as any advantages (in nature or in cash) of more than or equal to € 10 which it has been able to provide directly or indirectly to Healthcare professionals, institutions, foundations, companies, and other actors mentioned in the Act.
