This guide consists of two main parts:
-
A front concave spatula fitted to a handle curved into an italic S to fit the intercondylar notch.
-
This spatula has a horizontal groove used as a landmark for placement behind the tibia.

A drill guide fits to the handle and has two bushings side by side at its end.
