Cookies

During the course of your visit to our website, we may store a cookie in your computer. A cookie is a small amount of data sent to your browser from a web server and stored on the hard disk of your computer. A cookie does not enable us to personally identify you. It enables us to record information regarding the interaction of your computer with our website (pages you have consulted), which we can read on your subsequent visits. You can, of course, decline cookies by configuring your browser as follows: If you are using Internet Explorer 3 or 4 (Microsoft), click “View”, “Internet Options”, “Advanced”. Among the different warnings you can enable, the fourth says “Warn before accepting cookies”, and the fifth (Internet Explorer 4 only) reads “Disable all cookie use”. With Internet Explorer 5, click “Tools”, “Internet Options”, “Security” tab, “Custom Level”, scroll down to “Cookies”, and click of the following three options: “Enable” (to accept cookies), “Prompt” (to be asked before cookies can be stored on your computer), “Disable” (to reject all cookies). With Internet Explorer 6, click “Tools”, “Internet Options”, “Privacy” tab, and set the slider to the desired security level, from zero (accept all cookies) to the maximum (reject all cookies). If you are using Navigator Gold 3 (Netscape), click "Options", "Network preferences", "Protocols". Among the different warnings you can enable, the first reads "Warn me before accepting a cookie". You will be warned when a cookie arrives, so you can instruct your browser not to store it. With Netscape Communicator 4.75, in the “Edit” menu, select “Preferences”, then click “Advanced”, then one of the radio buttons (“Accept all cookies”, “Accept only cookies that get sent back to the originating server”, “Disable cookie”). If you have chosen to accept cookies, you can enable “Warn me before accepting a cookie”. Remember that you can also delete the cookies stored on your computer at any time (Refer to the User’s Manual).
